Black garlic is fermented white garlic
Black garlic is white garlic that has been fermented. It is produced by fermenting regular white garlic for several weeks in an airtight container at a specific temperature (60 to 80 degrees) and high humidity.

Taste: has sweet-sour nuances of licorice, balsamic vinegar, and plum compote. Minimum-max. recommended amount: none. You can eat the whole bulb at once. (It’s wetter at first, becoming chewier over time).
