A. General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use 1. Scope and Provider

We, the NNG-Marktplatz (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), operate under the Internet domain: agroswiss.ch. an Internet portal on which third parties advertise and offer sales points (agricultural direct marketing & wholesale). We ourselves also offer goods and services and accept declarations from users, but we do not accept any declarations from users on behalf of sellers and providers.

Our following General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use apply to all actions that the Internet user can take via the www.agroswiss.ch Internet site. The operator of the Internet site www.agroswiss.ch ist:

1. Payment

You will be billed for the plan only after the administrator has approved your provider account.

2. Conclusion of contract, contract term, cancellation

The offer of the company on the website www.agroswiss.ch is not binding. The contract is concluded as soon as a provider plan is booked. When a provider plan is booked, a contract is concluded for a term of twelve months. The contract is automatically (tacitly) renewed for a further twelve months, unless notice of termination is given at least four weeks before the end of the contract period. Notice of termination must be given in writing, i.e. by letter or e-mail.
