Fondue mix made with local cheese from Appenzellerland. The finest mix for a convivial evening. Made from cow's milk cheese (no silo milk).
You will receive our fondue mix ready-mixed and can be stored in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks at 5°C.
600g fondue for 2-3 people
900g fondue for 3-4 people
1200g fondue for 4-5 people
Ingredients:
Cheese, Wine, Kirsch, Cornstarch, Lemon Juice, Nutmeg, Pepper
Serving suggestion:
Serve our fondue with our finest fondue bread made from wheat flour and spelled flour for allergy sufferers. In addition, a fine cherry from local production as a finish. Test it! You will be enthusiastic.
