Lavender Honey 500gr
Our apiary in Sault "France" is ideally located on the Plateau d'Albion at 920m altitude and in the middle of a 400 hectare lavender field. Golden in color from the nectar of intensely fragrant lavender flowers, lavender honey turns whitish as it crystallizes.
A honey specialty with a fine, sweet aroma and a light, unobtrusive note of lavender, it is not considered a delicacy in French cuisine for nothing.
The honey specialty with the fine-sweet aroma "to be precise, it doesn't taste like lavender, but rather spicy-fresh" and a light, unobtrusive lavender note, the honey is raw "that means cold extracted", filtered and poured directly into glasses bottled to preserve the enzymes and the nutritional and medicinal properties of the nectar.
MIEL CRU DE NOS ABEILLES is local and 100% natural!
Made in France
Anyone who has ever spent their holiday in High Provence between June and August should have been overwhelmed by the sight of the purple lavender splendor. The huge, fragrant fields are even considered a culinary highlight of French Provence for lavender honey. In this landscape, deep in the southeast of France on the Mediterranean Sea between the Rhone Valley and Italy, there are the optimal conditions for a delicious honey that is not easy to obtain: lavender honey.
Delicious lavender honey produced by our bees and harvested by the beekeeper from a small apiary. Enjoy lavender honey as a spread, but also for cooking and to sweeten food and drinks.
