Black garlic is fermented white garlic

Black garlic is white garlic that has been fermented. It occurs when normal white garlic is left to ferment for several weeks in the absence of air at a certain temperature (60 to 80 degrees) and high humidity.

Regional black garlic / PURE NATURE :

Is considered a superfood, a delicacy, is odorless and has a versatile positive effect on the body!

Taste : has sweet and sour nuances of liquorice, balsamic vinegar and plum compote. Minimum-max. Recommended amount: none. You can eat the whole tuber at once. (In the beginning it is wetter, over time it becomes more rubbery).
