Mutschli Cheese "Pepper"
Our Mutschli "Pepper" (of course the finest pepper aroma, creamy) is a full-fat cheese made in the beautiful Appenzellerland. Made from the purest cow's milk with an extremely good aroma. With this product you can feel the finest craftsmanship at a high level, processed into a premium product.
Cheese group: semi-hard cheese
Milk: Cow's milk (no silo milk!)
Milk treatment: pasteurized milk
Cut: whole loaf (approx. 750-800 gr.)
fat i T.: approx. 45%
Weight: This product is sold as a whole loaf - please understand if the weight can vary slightly. If the difference is large, we will be happy to correct the order amount downwards after the final delivery.
