Mini Slicer, the little wizard
The little sorcerer with the cranked sickle knives!
For parsley, chives, onions, peppers, carrots, courgettes, hard cheese, stale bread (for breading), garlic, herbs, eggs, pickles and much more. First put the knife part in the transparent bowl before filling.
Cut compact vegetables (carrots, onions, courgettes, etc.) into small, manageable portions before filling. With hard carrots, for example, only fill the bowl up to a maximum of 40-50%. Press the lid onto the bowl with light thumb pressure and, depending on the desired degree of fineness, pull out the green handle with the drive cord about 3 -10 times in quick succession and let it roll up again and again.
Cleaning: The trouble-free functioning of the device over a long period of time is guaranteed if the cleaning instructions described below are observed.
Wipe the upper part or lid of the mini-slicer with kitchen paper or a cloth to remove any residue and then wipe with a warm, damp cloth. Slight moisture inside the upper part does not affect the function of the device!
The drip tray (lower part) and the knife part can be rinsed with normal warm water.
